These are for use with the Large Hydrator and facilitate the use of water globes with them. They support the globe stem and hold it more nearly vertical (rather than allowing the globes to lean to one side in use). They serve the same purpose for a modified bottle that has a stem added to provide an extension that fits the Large Hydrator. There are two per package.
