This Large Hydrator  permits the use of a long neck beverage bottle (such as an olive oil, wine, or drink bottle) as a reservoir.  The hydrator itself has an inside diameter of 34mm (1.33") and is 110mm (4.33") high, including the extension.  Thus, it can accommodate full sized beverage bottles.  Appropriate bottles may be glass or thicker walled plastic.  Thin plastic bottles, such as soda bottles, will not work well (the sides tend to flex back and forth, resulting in premature emptying and will blow over when empty if used outside).  An adapter is available seprately so that water globes can be supported in the Large Hydrator nearly vertically, for a more decorative look.
